Eligibility:
A Pass in Plus-two ( 12 th Standard ) or its equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects with minimum of 50% marks in English.
Medical Standard:
Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under standard norms, with eyesight 6/6 in better eye, 6/9 in other eye and with no colour blindness.

This course will lead the cadets to become the Captain of the ship.

Starting Salary - Rs.90,000/- to 1,25,000/- pm
Steps - 12 Months sea service as TNO + Oral Examination ( 2nd Mate Certification )
Rank - Chief Officer
Starting Salary - Rs.2,20,000/- to 2,50,000/- pm
Steps - 18 Months sea service as Second / third officer + 6 months first mate course + modular courses + written and oral exams
Rank - Master ( Captain )
